1. About MergeCash

MergeCash is a rewards platform operated by PeerPlay Games Ltd. ("PeerPlay", "we", "us"). By signing up and using MergeCash, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To use MergeCash, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Merge Cruise Player ID
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Not be flagged for fraudulent activity

3. How It Works

When you sign up with your Player ID, you will receive a personalized offer with specific chapter milestones and a time limit. You earn an Amazon Gift Card by completing all milestones within the given time limit. Each offer is unique to your account and segment.

4. One Account Per Player

Each Merge Cruise Player ID can only be linked to one MergeCash account. Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's Player ID is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Milestone Verification

Milestones are verified automatically using your in-game progress data. We check your chapter completion in Merge Cruise. You cannot manually mark milestones as complete. Progress is verified periodically and when you click "Check My Progress" on your dashboard.

6. Reward Delivery

Upon successful completion of all milestones within the time limit, an Amazon Gift Card will be delivered to the email address you provided during signup. Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of verification. PeerPlay reserves the right to verify your identity before fulfilling rewards.

7. Offer Expiration

Each offer has a specific time limit shown on your dashboard. If you do not complete all milestones within this time limit, the offer expires and no reward will be issued. Partial progress does not qualify for any reward.

8. Fraud and Abuse

We take fraud seriously. The following will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension:

  • Using automated tools or bots to manipulate game progress
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using another player's ID
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches
  • Any other form of cheating or manipulation

PeerPlay's determination of fraud is final and not subject to appeal.

9. Limitation of Liability

MergeCash is provided "as is". PeerPlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the reward offered to you. PeerPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue MergeCash at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MergeCash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
